Cancellation Policies & Refunds for Shared Shuttles

Option 1:

Shared Shuttle – Standard Policies

1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested through our official channels (WhatsApp or email) and must include the reservation name.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time → 100% refund
  • Cancellations made 24 to 47 hours before pickup → 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup → Non-refundable (100% penalty)

2. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to be present at the confirmed pickup time and location will be considered a no-show
  • No-shows are non-refundable (100% penalty)

3. Pickup Policy

  • Passengers must be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time
  • The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled time
  • If the passenger is not present, the service will be marked as a no-show

4. Delays & Force Majeure

  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Traffic conditions
    • Weather conditions
    • Road closures or unforeseen circumstances
  • No refunds will be issued due to these external factors

5. Schedule Changes

  • Schedule changes are not considered cancellations and are subject to availability
  • Changes requested more than 24 hours before pickup → No penalty (subject to availability)
  • Changes requested 24 hours or less before pickup → 50% penalty applies

6. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed:
    • 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on
  • Additional luggage may incur extra charges or may not be accepted due to limited space

7. Policy Scope (Per Ticket Basis)

All policies apply per ticket (per person) and not per reservation.

  • Any modification, cancellation, or no-show affecting an individual within a group booking will be treated as a separate ticket action
  • For example, canceling 1 passenger from a reservation of 4 will be considered 1 ticket cancellation, and the corresponding policy and penalties will apply only to that ticket

Option 2:

Flexible Booking Protection – Shared Shuttle (Optional Add-on)

Flexible Booking Protection is available at the time of online booking for an additional cost of $5 per ticket.

By purchasing this protection, you may cancel your shuttle reservation at any time, including last-minute cancellations, and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the booking.


How to Use Your Protection

To activate your protection and process your refund, you must notify our team at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time through one of the following official channels:


Important Conditions

  • The $5 per ticket fee for Flexible Booking Protection is non-refundable
  • The standard cancellation policy does not apply when this protection is purchased
  • Notification is mandatory to validate the refund
  • Requests made after the departure time will not be eligible for coverage
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the request is confirmed
