Zip Lining in La Fortuna

This exhilarating zip line course is the perfect adventure for most ages, and a great way to spend some quality family time or finally face your fear of heights. You will not only get your heart racing, you will get to see truly breath taking views of the gorgeous landscape while zip lining in La Fortuna.

To start off, we will meet our guides and get geared up with top-of-the-line harnesses, helmets and gloves and also receive safety  instructions to ensure you feel relaxed and ready for this amazing experience.

Then, we’ll get warmed up for adventure with a gondola ride to the top of the mountain. This is just a taste of what you will experience on your zip line adventure in Costa Rica. We will see the surrounding vegetation and have opportunity to witness different species of birds flying overhead.

This will bring us to an amazing observation point and the start of the zip line course.  Bring your camera because this is a great opportunity to take pictures of the mountain tops and the Arenal Volcano.

This zip line course is made up of a series of 8 cables of up to 2460 feet long and over 660 feet high – high above anything in the rainforest- except  the volcano of course. Fear of heights? Most people relax in the presence of your enthusiastic and light-hearted guides as they effortlessly demonstrate the course upside down or in superman position. Don’t worry- you won’t have to do any fancy tricks on your first go!

Restrictions: Minimum heigh is 4ft. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent. If the guide considers it necessary, he will accompany the child on the cable. People over 217 pounds must be evaluated by our technical staff before signing up for the tour.

According to his/her height and physical condition, staff will determine if the person is suitable for the tour.
