Rafting on the Pacuare River

Rafting on the Pacuare River in Costa Rica is a fun, exciting adventure for challenge-seekers. This river is one of the only rivers in Costa Rica that provides class 5 rafting, the most intense and challenging class of rafting there is. But don’t let this deter you, as long as you are looking for an adrenaline-pumping challenge and are in good physical condition, skill level is not necessary.

And it is not all about challenge, we will be immersed in the breathtaking nature of the Costa Rican jungle. As we start rafting down the Pacuare river, five in a raft, we will see  the gorges that provide shelter for a plethora of birds and animal species like jaguars, ocelots, monkeys and sloths.

White Water Rafting in Costa Rica is quite different than rafting in any other parts of the world. Though each river in the world has their own signature beauty, this river has said to be one of the most breathtaking because of the abundance of nature and unique foliage that surrounds the river.
